Weezer announce new album, “OK Human”

But don't worry, "Van Weezer" is still on the way too.

We’ve been waiting for what seems like forever for Weezer’s 14th studio album Van Weezer to come out (Due May 7, 2021.) The tour was gearing up to be epic as well but it all got postponed due to the pandemic.

Yesterday Weezer announced a different new album, and it’s still coming out before Van Weezer. OK Human is due on January 29, and we’ll hear a new track this Thursday called “All My Favorite Songs”. One has to wonder if the title of this new album is a nod to Radiohead’s 1997 album OK Computer seeing how Van Weezer very obviously takes its name from the popular hard rock and metal band Van Halen, and even the description says “Hold on to your hard drives…”
