X1039, Revolution Jewelry Works, Skyway Creations, The Peppertree Restaurant, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Pikes Peak International Raceway, The Cliff House Lodge, and Local Motive may be referred to “The Sponsors” from this point forward.
Dates of Promotion: The promotion begins on 04/29/2024 and ends on 5/10/2024
Deadline for entries is 11:59 PM MST on May 9, 2024.
GRAND PRIZE:
1 Winner: One winner will receive jewelry from Revolution Jewelry Works (ARV $100,) chocolates and caramel apples from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (ARV $45.50,) flowers from Skyway Creations (ARV $120,) Dinner to The Pepper Tree Restaurant (ARV $100,) a one-night stay for two guests in the Historic Deluxe Suite at The Cliff House in Manitou Springs (Parking and taxes included [ARV$405],) a 4-pack of tickets to Pikes Peak International Raceway (ARV$60,) AND 2 tickets to any night out on the Local Motive party bus (ARV $50.)
One winner will be drawn on Friday, May 9th (Total ARV $880.50).
HOW TO WIN: No purchase necessary. To enter to win, listeners (users) must take the “Who is your rockstar mom?” Quiz at x1039radio.com/moms-xhilarating-night-out. On Friday, May 10, 2024, 1 (one) winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. To win, you must be 18 years or older, a legal resident of Colorado. No employees Revolution Jewelry Works, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Skyway Creations, Pikes Peak International Raceway, The Cliff House Lodge, and Local Motive (“Sponsors”) or X1039 (“Station”), their affiliated companies, his or her spouse, or immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each shall be eligible to win. Immediate family members include, but are not necessarily limited to, parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. Employees, or relatives of employees, of any television or radio station in the southern Colorado area are not eligible to win. Additionally, Station reserves the right to disqualify any other person from participation in the Contest where such participation would, in the sole opinion of Station, compromise or give the appearance of compromising the integrity of the Contest. No person shall be eligible to win any contest conducted by the Station more than one time in any thirty-day period.
No responsibility is assumed by X1039, their respective subsidiaries, parents, partners, or other providers for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.

MISCELLANEOUS:
1) The winner’s consent to the use of their name, likeness and/or voice without further compensation for Station’s or Sponsor’s advertising, public relations and promotions purposes. By entering Contest, the winner gives Station and Sponsor full rights in perpetuity to broadcast, or distribute their name, likeness and/or voice, in any edited, distorted or altered form executed by Station, in any media including but not limited to broadcast television, radio and the internet, without any further compensation.
2) Station and Sponsor accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or damage due, in whole or in part, to the awarding, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or from participation in the Contest. Winner releases Station and Sponsor, their affiliated companies and employees from any and all liability and claims.

4) Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. Prize can not be substituted for cash value. Station’s decision with regard to all matters relating to Contest, including those matters not specifically addressed in these rules, shall be final. Prizes not claimed in accordance with these rules will be forfeited and another winner will be selected by another random drawing.
5) Apple is not a sponsor or involved in the activity of the contest in any manner.
6) Facebook & Instagram are not sponsors or involved in the activity of the contest in any manner.
7) Winner is responsible for applicable taxes on the Prizes awarded in the contest. Winner must sign a 1099 tax form to receive Prizes if the Prize is valued over $600.
8) The chosen nominee and/or nominator will be contacted by phone call or email no later than 5 PM on Friday May 10. Winners must claim prize within 30 days of winning, or they forfeit the prize.
