X1039, IVP At The Beach House, and Rick’s Garden Center may be referred to as “The Sponsors” from this point forward.
Dates of Promotion: The Promotion begins on 06/02/2025 and ends on 08/23/2025
How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary. Contest will have many winners.
X1039 will promote the event through live liner reads, recorded promos and social media pages.
For listeners to get entered, they must listen for the “X Marks The Spot” cue to call and be caller number 10 (ten) to qualify weekdays at 7:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 3:30 p.m. Once qualified, the listener will pick between 3 (three) “treasure chests” (1, 2 or 3). These “treasure chests” will be filled with either a prize from a local business (I Heart Mac and Cheese, Pikes Peak International Raceway, Rocky Mountain Vibes Baseball, Colorado Renaissance Festival, Wishing Star Farm, or Smooth Alpaca Experience,) a small ticket concert, or it could be empty. Listeners will not know what is in any of the chests when picking. It will all be random.
Listeners will also have “Xtra” chances to qualify by visiting our local sponsors around town and looking for the “X Marks The Spot” poster at the sponsor location. The “X Marks The Spot” poster will have a special QR code to sign up for another entry into the grand prizes! This treasure map will be located on the X Marks The Spot webpage at x1039radio.com. Listeners can only enter once per location per day of the current round. Xtra entries must be submitted by close of business the Friday before each monthly giveaway: 6/28, 7/26, and 8/23. Maximum of 10 entries per round. The contest will restart for the next round, and contestants will have to re-qualify each round.
Final determination of winners: 201 (two-hundred-and-one) winners total.
On the air: On-air winners will be determined by being caller #10 randomly daily during the Morning Drive (7:30a.m.,) X1039 Mid-days (11:30a.m.,) and the Afternoon Drive (3:30p.m.,) weekdays starting Monday, June 2, 2025 and ending on Friday, August 22, 2024. On-air winners will win either a prize from a local business, extra entries, or a pair of tickets to a small concert. The on-air winners’ names will be entered to win the monthly prize on location at the end of each month. See below.
At the end of each month: On Saturday, June 28, 2025 1p.m.-3p.m., Saturday July 26, 2025 1p.m.-3p.m., and Saturday, August 23, 2025 1p.m.-3p.m., all qualifiers will meet on location at IVP At The Beach House (5910 Omaha Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80915) for a chance at the monthly “Grand Prize” which will be a pair of tickets to a big concert, and cash. There will be two concerts to choose from. The Grand Prize winner takes their pick of tickets plus the big cash up for grabs. The runner-up at these live-location events will receive whichever tickets the Grand Prize winner does not pick, and $100 cash. There will be 3 (three) total grand prize winners and 3 (three) total Runner-Up winners at the end of the contest.
On location at IVP at The Beach House: On Saturday, June 28, 2025 1p.m.-3p.m., Saturday July 26, 2025 1p.m.-3p.m., and Saturday, August 23, 2025 1p.m.-3p.m., all qualifiers will meet on location at IVP At The Beach House (5910 Omaha Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.) Qualifiers must be checked in by 2:00 p.m. Qualifiers will be given 1 (one) raffle ticket for each time they’ve been qualified that month, to include their “Xtra Entry(ies)”. X1039 will narrow down the qualifiers to 10 (ten) participants who move on to the final round. The final round is TBD, closer to the giveaway dates. The grand prize winner gets their pick of the two different ticketed shows being offered and cash, and the runner-up receives the pair of tickets not chosen by the Grand Prize winner. Both Grand Prize and Runner Up winners become ineligible to win X Marks The Spot for the rest of the year.

On-Air “Small Concert Ticket” Prizes (in no particular order:) 1 pair of tickets to Avett Brothers at Red Rocks July 11 (ARV $199), 1 pair of tickets to Punk In The Park July 18 at Western stockyards (ARV $108), with other concert ticket giveaways to be added!

Grand Prize, In-Person “Big Concert Ticket” Prizes: Saturday June 28, 2025-Rufus Du Sol or Lumineers tickets plus $500. Grand Prize winner gets their choice of tickets plus the cash. Runner-Up will receive the tickets left over and no cash prize. Both Grand Prize and Runner Up winners become ineligible to win X Marks The Spot for the rest of the year.

ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. To win, you must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of Colorado. No employee of the X Marks The Spot contest and their affiliated artists and promoters (“Sponsor”) or X1039 (KRXP) (“Station”), their affiliated companies, his or her spouse, or immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each shall be eligible to win. Immediate family members include, but are not necessarily limited to, parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. Promo Summary: X1039 will broadcast live at Thunder & Buttons from 4-6p on Saturday, April 12, 2025, Saturday April 26, 2025, and Saturday May 10, 2025 and encourage listeners to come out to play Bingo to win tickets to X1039 Presents The Black Keys at Ford Amphitheater May 25.
3. How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary.
a. Listeners show up at Thunder & Buttons during the above times to win prizes.
4. Final determination of winners:

Prizes will be at random depending on who calls BINGO first. Player must have a valid BINGO for that round. The Black Keys tickets will be given away at the end of the game.
