Where Are My Tickets?
If you won tickets from us to a concert or event, we will let you know when and how you will receive them! Most concert tickets are digital tickets via AXS, Live Nation, Ticketmaster and Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE), Denver Broncos Account Manager, Seat Geek and Tixr . Some tickets won’t be available for transfer until 3 days before the show. This is done on the ticketing side to avoid scalpers and scammers online. Once those tickets are delivered to X1039’s ticketing bank, we will send them your way!
Make sure to check for your tickets the work day before the show. If you don’t see them, please reach out to us via our text line (719) 219 7625 or the Contact Us page.
Check out some frequently asked questions about tickets:
Where are my tickets?
If you are having trouble finding your tickets, please reach out to us. M-F we are monitoring the Contact Us page and our text line.
If you find yourself looking for your tickets on the weekend or a holiday, please reach out to us via social media. You can find the links to those below:
How many tickets did I win?
Unless specified at the time of your winning, you will always win a pair (2 tickets) of tickets.
What does ticket waiting list mean?
If you win tickets and a DJ says “you’re on the ticket waiting list” that means your info is on the list to receive tickets. This is a placeholder that helps us count tickets and also make sure the appropriate winners get what they won. If tickets haven’t been delivered to the X1039 ticketing bank, you’ll be on the waitlist until they do arrive. Once they arrive, we will send them to you!
What if I suddenly can’t go to the show I won?
Life happens and sometimes plans change! If you find that you can’t go to the show you won, you can always contact us to send the tickets back. If you choose to send the tickets back, we can also pop your name off of the 30 Day Rule list. This is ONLY if you won tickets. If you won something that was paired with tickets, you will remain on the 30 Day Rule List.
Can I exchange my tickets for another show?
No, unfortunately we can’t accommodate this.
Can I win tickets on the X1039 App and also win tickets on the air?
Once you win tickets via the X1039 App, your name goes on the 30 Day Rule List. If you try to win tickets over the air, you are still on a prize cool down and therefore can’t claim the tickets available on air. This also applies to any text line contesting as well as online contesting.
Can I win tickets and then have a family member try to win other tickets?
Per our General Contesting Rules, “One winner per household, per 30 days.”
If you have questions about our contesting rules, a full list of contesting rules can be found by clicking here.
