WATCH: Twenty One Pilots release epic video “City Walls” from the brand new album, “Breach”

The video reveals the fate of the character Clancy

If you weren’t aware, Twenty One Pilots for years now, have created lore and written albums based on it. The lore follows the story of Clancy, a character who exists within a fictional world of Dema and Trench, populated by nine Bishops and the rebel group known as the Banditos. The Bishops, who represent Tyler Joseph’s personal insecurities, try to control citizens through enforced “Vialism” and by smearing black paint on them. Clancy, along with the Banditos, attempts to escape this oppression and find freedom on the continent of Trench. The story unfolds on the themes of the Blurryface, Trench, and Clancy albums. The recent album Breach, which dropped today, continues the narrative.
