Jack White has released a video for “Archbishop Harold Holmes” and you might see a recognizable face in it.  The video stars Hollywood legend John C. Reilly, the Oscar-nominated actor who’s appeared in films like Stepbrothers, Chicago, Boogie Nights, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby and more. Reilly convinced Jack White to make the video in which he stars as an evangelical preacher reciting Archbishop Harold Holmes’ lyrics, which were originally taken from a religious chain letter White spotted on someone’s wall.

Reilly tried convincing White for months to let him play the role, and have White direct the video, or vice versa. It ultimately came down to having Reilly play the Archbishop and the video was directed by Gilbert Trejo – son of actor Danny Trejo.
