Social Distortion is BACK! Hear the first new music in 15 years!

Orange County 4-piece Social Distortion return with their first new music in 15 years. “Born To Kill” is the title track from the band’s new album. It’s the first new music from Social D following Mike Ness’ recovery from cancer. Co-produced by Ness and Dave Sardy, the band’s eighth album will be released on May 8th. The hard-charging title track serves as the album’s mission statement. Ness revisits the sounds of the 1970s, his formative adolescent years, on the new 11 song collection. Social Distortion’s breakthrough single was “Story Of My Life” in 1990. The band’s last album was Hard Times And Nursery Rhymes in 2011. Social Distortion has an extensive summer tour planned with 23 shows in 21 cities beginning August 25th with a tour date slated for Mission Ballroom in Denver September 22, with DESCENDENTS.
