Fall Out Boy Being Sued for Overuse of Llama Puppets

The band is being sued by the puppet company, Furry Puppet Studio Inc. who created the llama puppets to be solely used in the “Young And Menace” video.

Apparently, the company says that the llamas have taken on a “life of their own” and that Fall Out Boy has not only used them for merchandise branding, but also on stage and for television appearances. The puppets were used to also promote their Llamania EP released in February 2018.

Furry Puppet Studio Inc. is suing the band for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, copyright infringement and many other counts.
