Blink 182’s Mark Hoppus Reveals he and FOB’s Pete Wentz Almost Made a Kid’s TV Show
In a recent interview, Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus revealed that he and Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz once almost created a kid’s TV show together.
According to Hoppus the show was titled Bronze Blue, and it was pitched to both Nickelodeon and Disney Channel back in 2010, but neither network picked it up….(apparently Bubbleguppies beat them out.)
It was said to have starred both Mark Hoppus, Pete Wentz, Ashlee Simpson, and Pharell Williams in an underwater pop punk band who rallied for the environment, and battled the villain, Sushi Chef. Members of All Time Low, and Fall Out Boy singer Patrick Stump were approached to appear in the series as well. I think they still should do it!
